We’re committed to delivering your favorite premium fashion pieces quickly, safely, and with total transparency.


Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, Washington D.C., and APO/FPO addresses.
International shipping outside the U.S. is not available at this time.


Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and packed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
During peak sale periods or holidays, processing may take slightly longer — but we always work hard to ship as quickly as possible.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier operations. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.


Shipping Origin

All orders are fulfilled and shipped through our U.S. distribution network to ensure fast delivery across the United States.
(This includes consolidated logistics managed by our international warehouse partners to ensure consistent quality and inventory availability.)


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your package in real-time until it reaches your doorstep.
If you haven’t received a tracking email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us at hello@offracks.in.


Missed Deliveries / Incorrect Address

Please make sure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We’re not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date.
If your item arrives damaged, email us at hello@offracks.in with your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product. We’ll review and resolve the issue promptly.


PO Boxes & Military Addresses

We ship to PO Boxes, APO, and FPO addresses via USPS. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on the destination and carrier.


Customs & Duties

All orders to U.S. addresses are shipped duty-paid. You won’t need to pay any customs or import fees upon delivery.
