Returns & Exchanges Policy
30-day return window
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it—unworn/unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return (RMA required)
Email us at hello@offracks.in to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll issue you:

a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number,
-
a prepaid return label (where applicable), and
-
the correct return center address.
Important: Do not ship any returns to our showroom or the map address on our website. Returns sent without an approved RMA or sent to any address other than the one we provide will be refused and not accepted.

Returns are accepted only at our designated returns center.
Return Address: Provided after your RMA is approved (do not ship to any other address).
Damages & issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items can’t be returned, including perishable goods, custom products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have (via the RMA process). Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order ships into the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, items must be unworn/unused, with tags, and in original packaging, and you’ll need proof of purchase.
Refunds
We’ll notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
